I’m a trained tutor for German as a foreign language (Magister DaF, TU Berlin, 2009). Since 1999, I’ve taught German to thousands of people — first in language schools across Poland, Turkey, and Germany, and since 2013 on my own as SmarterGerman.

Yes, but it'll have to be done by me manually. So if you realise you'd like to change to a yearly or five yearly subscription, reach out to me via my homepage and I'll get back to you. There will be no reimbursement of previously paid membership fees. The change will take place at the end of your current billing cycle unless you switch from yearly to 5 yearly. Then I'll make the effort and calculate the difference and you only pay the difference.
I offer a 7-day free trial for all plans. If you cancel within the trial period, you won't be charged. After the trial, I generally don't offer refunds, but if you just missed the deadline by a day or three I'll make an exception. After that you will have to book that money as teaching money. Users on a 5 years plan will of course have a 30 days money back guarantee.
