How To Cancel Your Membership
I'm sorry to see you go. But I understand. You met someone else or lost interest in working with me. No hard feelings. I've been hurt before. I can take one more blow.
Before you go: Remember that you will lose access to all course materials and support platforms with the end of your current billing cycle if you cancel today. If you're experiencing any issues with the courses, please contact me first - I am very often able to help quickly and will do so happily in person. It's not me, it's you? A Few Simple Steps Towards Freedom

Log into your Teachable account
Click the button below to go to your account page. You'll need to log in with the email address you used to sign up for the course.

Navigate to Memberships & Subscriptions
Once logged in, click on your profile picture in the upper right corner and look for the "Memberships & Subscriptions" section in your account dashboard.

Find your active subscription
You'll see a list of your active subscriptions. Look for your SmarterGerman membership in this list.

Click "Cancel" or "End Subscription"
Click the cancellation button next to your subscription. Your access will continue until the end of your paid period.
