By purchasing any SmarterGerman digital course, you expressly request that access to the digital content be provided immediately after payment. You acknowledge that, once access has begun, your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content not supplied on a tangible medium expires in accordance with Article 16 (m) of Directive 2011/83/EU and Section 356 (5) of the German Civil Code (BGB). This does not affect any mandatory consumer rights that cannot be excluded.

If you have not yet started using the course, you may withdraw within 14 days of purchase without giving any reason. To exercise this right, please notify us by a clear statement (e.g. email). You may, but are not obliged to, use the EU Model Withdrawal Form provided below. If you withdraw before access begins, we will refund all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days after receipt of your withdrawal notice, using the same payment method you used for the original transaction.
